Our company objective is: Total customer satisfaction
To be able to meet this requirement, we start our project "satisfied customer" already during the planning stage.
We place great importance on customer con- sultation. What are the material and thus cost alternatives? What are the characteristics of the materials used? Are there alternative design options? We address the concerns of our custo- mers individually.
Of course, we also conduct these discussions on site. At the customer's premises or directly at
the building site.
On the basis of the consultations we then create the
relevant product and service specifications in co- operation with our customers.
Once the preparations are complete and the jobs have been allocated, we take care of the complete roof and wall construction. First the manufacturing or job schedules will be produced on the basis of the preplanning exercise.

Once these have been completed and approved by the customer, we realise the project on time in accordance with a building schedule. Of course, we apply permanent quality control to our work. The customer finally accepts the work through a formal acceptance procedure on site and thus completes the active process.
However, we do not close our files straight after the completion of our projects. We naturally carry out all maintenance works, which might arise for the respective projects. Our warranty is based on the stipulations of the BGB or the VOB. Upon request we are happy to extend this warranty further.
